About Us
The rationale for Prudentialife Visa is to provide a value-added service to Prudentialife's existing Planholders.
One of the affiliate companies of Prudentialife Group, Prudentialife Financial Services, Inc. (PFSI) was incorporated on October 31, 1996 to initially offer VISA Credit Cards to Prudentialife Planholders.

Line of Business
PFSI's main line of business is the issuance of the Visa International Credit Card. Prudentialife has a tie-up agreement with Banco De Oro, which holds a franchise of Visa International. PFSI is responsible for all phases of credit transactions from card application to the assumption of credit risk.
Prudentialife Visa enhances Prudentialife Group's ability to offer full financial services. The Group's main product lines are geared toward securing the client's future. With these products in place, we now offer them financial convenience and flexibility they can enjoy.
Revenue Sources
PFSI's revenues come from its share of the annual and joining fees, merchant commissions and interest income. Interest income comprises of deferred interest, lite-payment interest and penalties.
